PAYMENT POLICY
Upon the purchase and submission of a listing within Motorsport Sales NZ, your listing will appear on the site for 90 days or until sold, whichever occurs first. Once payment has been received, the listing will be considered "live" and will be published to the website. Users can edit their listings and amend sale prices, however abusing this ability to the extent of transitioning the listing to advertise a completely different vehicle, boat, bike, transporter etc will result in removal of the listing from the website.
IMAGES
All legal liability of images posted within Motorsport Sales NZ is the responsibility of the individual sellers.
Sellers are responsible for:
- seeking authority to use images copyright to a alternate owner
- liable for any copyright infringement for using images copyright to a separate source without permission
- Motorsport Sales NZ are not liable for any unauthorised use of any images.
INAPPROPRIATE USE OF MATERIAL
Motorsport Sales NZ reserve the right to delete from its database any listings containing inappropriate or misleading material (including photographs) deemed so by Motorsport Sales NZ. Listings displaying links to other sites will be edited to remove the link(s). Businesses unlawfully entering advertisements into private listings will be contacted and the listing deleted.
